Canada has also welcomed the peace plan introduced by US President Donald Trump. Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney has urged all the parties to help in realizing its full potential, calling this initiative “historic” and “hope for progress”.
Prime Minister Mark Carney has issued a statement saying that Canada is watching this peace plan “seriously and in detail”. Canada has always been supporting international law and two-state solutions, under which Israel and Palestine live with peace and security. He insisted that any peace plan should take care of the safety and respect of both Israeli and Palestinian. Canadian Foreign Minister Anita Anand has described the American initiative as welcome and important.
It is important to keep in mind that Prime Minister Carney has immediately urged Hamas to release all the hostages. Canada has also made it clear that it is ready to help in providing massive human assistance in the Gaza Strip without any obstruction.[1]The initiative has come to light when the White House released a peace plan to end the Gaza struggle for two years after the meeting of US President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Canada’s reaction shows that it is serious about world peace and security and is expecting positive changes in the Middle East.
