-
Alcoholic fatty liver disease (AFLD) – This is caused by drinking excessive alcohol.
-
Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD)-It can also be without drinking alcohol, especially among people with obesity, diabetes and unhealthy lifestyle.
AFLD: Alcohol addiction and kill on liver
People who are addicted to alcohol, their liver is not able to break the fat down over time, causing liver sales damage. If alcohol consumption continues, AFLD can reach hepatitis, cirrhosis or liver failure.
The main reason:
-
Drank
-
Lack of nutrition
-
Hepatitis B/C infection preceded
Solution:
If alcohol intake is completely abandoned in time and healthy lifestyle is adopted, then AFLD can be stopped in the initial stage.
NAFLD: Why threat without alcohol?
It is found in those who do not drink alcohol but still suffer from fatty liver.
The main reason:
-
obesity
-
Type-2 diabetes
-
High cholesterol or triglycerides
-
Physical inaction

The most dangerous thing about NAFLD is that it grows gradually without symptoms. People do not recognize it until it takes a serious form. Its next stage is non-alcoholic steetoheepatitis (nash), in which there is inflammation and damage in the liver.
Which situation is more dangerous?
Both types of fatty liver disease can be severe and can also cause liver cancer or death. But Nafld is spreading more rapidly because there is no clear cause of this and it is associated with other diseases.
According to experts, this situation is increasing rapidly in youth and urban areas and it is difficult to identify it.
