Indian Railways has brought a completely new and amazing technology to improve the experience of its passengers, which is named ‘One-Tatch ATVM’.
What is this new ticket machine?
This is not a minor ticket machine. This is a smart machine, which will give you a ticket by hearing your voice or chatting with you. That is, you will no longer need to find the name of the station on the machine or fill long information.
How will this machine work?
It will have two easy ways:
- Get tickets by speaking: You will just speak the name of the station where you have to go on the mike in the machine. The machine will recognize your voice and start the ticket process.
- Get tickets by chat: There will be a chatbot on the machine screen (such as WhatsApp). You can tell him where you want a ticket, how much ticket you need, and he will generate your ticket.
After the ticket is made, you will be able to pay easily with UPI i.e. Google, PhonePe, etc.
Why is this facility special?

- Easy Use: It will be very easy for those who find it difficult to use app or computer, it will be very easy to take tickets by speaking.

Currently, the Railways has started the trial of this new technology at some stations. If it was successful, then soon you can see these smart ticket machines at all the big stations of the country.
