This time a major change has been made in the rules for entry into the examination centres. Additional Chief Secretary has made it clear that now the main gate of the examination center will be open only. half an hour Will open only. The center gate will be locked at 9 am
Guidelines have been issued for the intermediate examination starting from 2nd February. first shift candidates in the morning 8:30 am to 9:00 pm Admission will be given only between. The gate will be closed at exactly 9 o’clock, after which entry will not be allowed under any circumstances. Whereas admission for the second shift will start at 1:00 pm and at 1:30 The main gate will be closed. Officials have advised that in view of the traffic and checking, students should at 8 am Reach the center itself.
Strict vigil on checking: Ban on mobile phones of officers also
This time, to maintain the transparency of the examination, not only the students but also the officials have been tightened. Education department and police officials going to monitor the center will also not be allowed to carry mobile phones inside the examination centre. Officers will have to leave their mobile phones in their vehicles. This time the number of centers in the district has been increased to 81, whereas last year it was 74.
The boundary wall will be repaired, report sought within 24 hours
Following the order of the Additional Chief Secretary, the Education Department has given instructions to strengthen the cordon of all the centres. In schools whose boundary walls are broken or open from anywhere, a report has been sought to repair them within 24 hours. The problem of boundary wall has come to light at two centers in Muzaffarpur district, which is being repaired on a war footing so that no unauthorized person or student can enter through the back door.
Center fixed for checking copies, evaluation will start from 27th February
After the completion of the examination, preparation for the result has also started. Bihar Board has released the list of evaluation centres:
Inter evaluation: Starting from 27th February (Major centres: Zilla School, DN High School, Chapman School etc.).
Matriculation Assessment: Starting from 2nd March (Major centres: BB Collegiate, Tirhut Academy, Prabhat Tara etc.).
The directors and computer teachers of these centers will be given special training in Patna on January 29, so that there are no mistakes in checking the copies and entering the marks.
