Haridwar, August 25 (HS). In the oath taking ceremony of Pahari Mahasabha, Saint Raghuveer Das Maharaj, Commander PAC Surjeet Panwar, Mahant Dineshanand Bharti Maharaj, Mahant Yogendranand Maharaj and Election Officer Trilokchand Bhatt administered the oath of office to the newly elected President Tarun Vyas, Vice President Mayank Pokhriyal, General Secretary Jaswant Bisht, Treasurer Secretary Tarun Joshi, Women's Cell President Sarita Purohit, General Secretary Women's Cell Meera Raturi, Executive Members Nisha Nodiyal, Lata Joshi, Manoj Rawat, Ramesh Chandra Pant, Atul Gosai, Ravi Babu Sharma.
On this occasion, all the guests congratulated the newly appointed office bearers and stressed on strengthening the Pahari language. All appealed to the society to teach their children their language and for this, the Pahari Mahasabha should run such classes where every language spoken in the hills is taught.
On this occasion, senior musician Pramod Joshi, astrologer Anand Ballabh Joshi, first president of the Mahasabha Harish Bhadula, women's team of Tehri displaced Shivalik Nagar Badrikaddar committee, press club president Amit Sharma, former president Rajnikant Shukla were honored. Newly elected president Tarun Vyas expressed his gratitude to everyone and said that the Pahari Mahasabha will be strengthened more rapidly. A large number of members will be made by running a membership campaign. Shri Vyas said that the Pahari Mahasabha will also be strengthened politically.
