News India Live, Digital Desk: Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, is going to witness a historic moment today, because Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the ‘Rashtra Prerna Sthal’ here today i.e. on 25 December 2025. This site is not just a new building, but is a symbol of the changing thinking and resolve of ‘New India’ and ‘New Uttar Pradesh’, because the place where this grand site has been built today was once a stinking garbage dumping site. This is a great example of how anything can be changed with determination and strong willpower.
Today is also the 101st birth anniversary of Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji, and on this auspicious occasion, PM Modi will dedicate Rashtra Prerna Sthal to the nation. The site is spread over a vast area of approximately 65 acres and has been developed at a cost of approximately Rs 230 crore. 65 feet tall huge bronze statues of Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee, Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay and Atal Bihari Vajpayee will also be unveiled at Prerna Sthal.
This project is also very important from the point of view of environment and urban development. Transforming a place where garbage was dumped for years into a clean, beautiful and inspiring place is a great achievement in itself. The local people will now get relief from the filth and smell of that area, and will get a new tourist and inspirational center.
Changed routes and congestion estimates:
Tight security arrangements have been made for today’s grand event. A large number of people are expected to participate, more than 2 lakh people are expected to attend. Therefore, some routes in Lucknow have been diverted to avoid any kind of traffic jam. People have been advised to proceed towards their destination only after seeing the new route plan.
This national inspiration place is not only a tribute to these great leaders, but it will also serve to inspire the country for the future. This will tell us how much we can change our city if we wish and give a new direction to development.
