News India Live, Digital Desk: Sensational Encounter in Bhojpur: In Bihia in Bhojpur district of Bihar, an important incident related to the Chandan Mishra murder case has come to light in the past. The local police faced an encounter while apprehending a main accused wanted in the murder case, resulting in the accused injured and taken into custody. However, his other partner managed to escape by dodging the police.
According to the information received, one of the main accused of killing the police team Chandan Mishra, Sandesh was continuously raiding to nab Paswan. Sandesh Paswan and his brother Manish Paswan, who are said to be the son of a former ward commissioner, were on police radar since this murder on 18 March. In this connection, the police received information that these accused are hiding in a Banswadi located on Bale of Bihia police station area.
Based on the information, the police force immediately attacked that place. On seeing the police, the criminals started firing, in response to which the police also opened fire in self -defense. After several rounds of firing from both sides, Sandesh was shot in Paswan’s leg and he fell on the ground. The police immediately nabbed him. At the same time, taking advantage of this firing and chaos, the second accused Manish Paswan managed to escape from the spot.
Police admitted the injured Sandesh Paswan to Ara Sadar Hospital for immediate treatment. Police have also recovered a country pistol, three empty kiosks and some live cartridges from the incident site. Superintendent of Police (SP) and Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) level officials have confirmed the incident and said that special teams have been formed to search for the absconding accused Manish Paswan and will be arrested soon. The encounter reflects the police’s commitment to reach criminals in the Chandan Mishra murder case and establish law.
