Badi Brahmana, May 25 (HS). Police solved a theft case registered at Badi Brahmana police station and arrested two accused on Saturday and recovered a stolen bike from their possession.
According to information, on March 23, Sunil Kumar son of Balraj resident of Dera, Smilepur, Bari Brahmana lodged a written report at PS Bari Brahmana regarding the theft of his motorcycle registration number JK21/9153. Acting on the complaint, FIR No. 63/2024 U/S 379/411 IPC was registered at PS Bari Brahmana and investigation of the said theft case was started.
During investigation police arrested two accused who on sustained interrogation confessed their involvement in the case. The arrested accused have been identified as Rajan Yadav son of Subhash Yadav resident of Maharajpur, Tehsil and District Dabariya (U.P.) A/P Teli Basti, Bari Brahmana and Waseem Akram son of Iqbal Hussain resident of Sandi, Tehsil and District Jammu. On their disclosure stolen bike has been recovered. Further investigation in the case is underway.
