News India Live, Digital Desk: Uttar Pradesh Police: India’s President Draupadi Murmu is on a tour of Mathura and Vrindavan in Uttar Pradesh today (Thursday). Due to his visit, security system has been highly strengthened in Mathura and Vrindavan, especially the famous Banke Bihari temple. In this episode, the doors of Banke Bihari temple will be closed for some time for the common devotees, so that there is no lapse in the security of the President and they can see in a peaceful manner. President Murmu’s visit to Vrindavan and security:
- Banke Bihari Temple closed: In view of the arrival of President Draupadi Murmu, the Banke Bihari temple has been closed for devotees from 8 am to 12 noon. This decision has been taken to ensure the special security of the President.
- Other temples also affected: Along with Banke Bihari temple, some changes have been made in the time of darshan in other major temples of Vrindavan like Radha Raman and ISKCON temple or limited darshan is being allowed with tight security.
- Preparation of police administration: Police and administrative staff in Mathura and Vrindavan are on high alert. Forces have been deployed for security, so that the movement of the President’s convoy will be smooth and there is no untoward incident.
- Appeal for cooperation from public: The local administration has appealed to the public to maintain security and follow the rules so that this dignified journey can be successfully completed.
The purpose of this visit of President Draupadi Murmu is to participate in religious and social events. Many programs of his visit in Vrindavan are scheduled.
