‘Priests and Shastris will get 18 thousand rupees every month’ – Kejriwal’s big announcement before the elections

Before the assembly elections in Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal has announced ‘Pujari Granthi Samman Yojana’. Under this scheme, an amount of Rs 18 thousand will be given every month to the priests and Shastris of Delhi. Registration for this scheme will start from Tuesday. This scheme will be implemented with the return of power in Delhi. Earlier, Aam Aadmi Party had announced ‘Mahila Samman Yojana’ in which it was announced to give Rs 2100 to women.

Kejriwal said that an important scheme is being announced today in honor of all the priests and Shastris serving in the temples and Gurudwaras of Delhi. This honorarium will be sent to Delhi by Aam Aadmi Party. ‘Pujari Granthi Samman Yojana’ will be started as soon as our government comes to power. This is happening for the first time in the country. No party or government did this. I hope that BJP and Congress party will also start such a scheme for priests and Shastris in their states.

Kejriwal said that the Pujari Granthi Samman Yojana will start from Hanaman Temple in Connaught Place. He said that we are going to start this scheme from Hanuman Temple located at Connaught Place, first of all I will register the priests of Hanuman Temple. After this, the MLA workers of our party will go to all the temples and Gurudwaras of Delhi and register the priests and Shastris.
