Dehradun: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has started its preparations on war footing for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s proposed visit to Dehradun on April 14. In an important meeting held at the BJP Metropolitan Office on Thursday, it was decided that felicitating the Prime Minister would not be just a political event but a display of the rich folk culture of Uttarakhand.
It was decided in the meeting that during the road show, the entire Dehradun will be seen colored in the colors of Devbhoomi’s traditional costumes, folk instruments and unique cultural identity.
