Bulandshahr-Khurja Development Authority has prepared an industrial park scheme for the industrial development of Khurja area at a cost of Rs 360 crore. 109 plots will be allotted under this project. Divisional Commissioner, DM, public representatives and industrialists held a meeting in a hotel at Bhud intersection to discuss the scheme and requested to adopt this scheme.

Women empowerment and employment opportunities
- Special provisions for women:
Under the project, 10% of the plots have been reserved for women, which will promote women entrepreneurship and empowerment. - Employment Generation:
After completion of the scheme the sector will provide 8,500 employment opportunities.

Divisional Commissioner said that the Chief Minister has appreciated this project. Allotment of plots will start soon.
