What is this new project?

The network of roads is being continuously laid in Uttar Pradesh, and now the work of connecting these big expressways has started. Under this scheme, a new greenfield link expressway of about 50 kilometers long will be built. This expressway will start from Bhalia village on the Agra-Lucknow Expressway and will directly connect to Pahansa village on the Purvanchal Expressway.

With the construction of this one road, the distance between many big cities will be reduced. Now people coming from Kanpur, Agra will not need to enter Lucknow city to go to Prayagraj, Varanasi or Ghazipur. How will this expressway be?

• Speed ​​and Lane: This expressway will initially have 6 lanes, but there are full preparations to expand it to 8 lanes in the future. On this, vehicles will be able to run at a speed of 120 kilometers per hour.
• Safety and Convenience: It will be equipped with advanced traffic management system to make the journey safe. Along with this, many small and big bridges, underpasses, flyovers and railway overbridges will also be built on this 50 kilometer route, so that there is no hindrance in the journey.
• The villagers were also taken care of: 7-7 meter wide service roads will also be built on both sides of the expressway. Due to this, people of nearby villages will not have any problem in commuting and they will also be able to be a part of this development.
