Seeing the fielding of Pakistan, you will laugh, gave India a big gift of victory:

News India Live, Digital Desk: Pakistan Fielding Error: Whenever India and Pakistan are face to face on the cricket field, every match becomes historic. Not just win-defeat, every step of players, every fielding, every ball becomes a topic of discussion. In one such recent match, Pakistan players made a mistake of such ‘shocking’ fielding, seeing that the cricket fans grabbed their heads! India’s batsman got the direct benefit of this terrible mistake and Pakistan became a victim of online users’ anger and fun memes.

What happened in that ‘blunder’ after all?

(Which Indian batsman got life in the news report, is not mentioned, so I kept it normal.)

At the critical point of the match, an Indian batsman played the shot that could be easily caught. But this catch (or easy runout) slipped from Pakistan players! Usually, this is common, but the way it was a mistake was absolutely shocking. The ball left the fielder’s hands and the batsman not only got a life, but perhaps the game’s momentum also bowed towards India. Such a big mistake in such an important match? It was a heart -breaking and ‘incredible’ moment for Pakistani fans and for Indian fans!

Online ‘stuck’ Pakistan: flood of mimes!

Soon after the mistake of this fielding, on social media, Pakistan players flooded with mimes and tight reaction!

• From Twitter (now X) to Instagram, people were sharing video clips of this incident and saying various things.
• Many Indian fans described the fielding of Pakistan players as ‘Third Dent’.
• So some enjoyed it and said that “This is the gift of victory to India!”
• Fans were also surprised at how international level players can make such a basic mistake, especially when the competition is with India.

Fielding is considered an important part of cricket, and when there is such a mistake in a high-pressure match, it has a psychological impact on the entire team. This mistake was not limited to the defeat and victory of the match, but it gave Pakistan a chance to be ‘viral’ in the online world – and that too for the wrong reason!

It is expected that the Pakistan team will work on this weakness, so that next time they do not have to face so much criticism in the field!
