We all know the importance of religious places in our country. People are very emotional about their faith and purity. Perhaps the TV channel people were not aware of this and things got worse.

Actually, the shooting of a serial of Colors Channel was going on in Aishbagh Eidgah, Lucknow. Shooting is shooting, there are cameras, lights, and the actors do their work. But the problem started when the people and religious organizations present there felt that something was happening during the shooting which was against the sanctity of that holy place.

According to reports, the protest was based on the fact that the kind of scenes or activities (perhaps related to dance or costumes) taking place at the religious place were not in accordance with the rules and etiquettes there. As soon as this news spread, people started raising objections. Within no time the protest increased so much that it reached the ears of the channel loudly.

As soon as the matter started gaining momentum, Colors channel thought it wise not to take the matter further. An apology letter was issued by the channel without any delay.

The channel clearly said that it had absolutely no intention to hurt anyone’s religious sentiments. He accepted his mistake and said that if he has inadvertently hurt someone, he apologizes. Their motive was only entertainment, but now they will take full care of the sanctity of such places in future.

At present, the fire of anger has cooled down a bit after the channel apologized. People of Lucknow are anyway known for their ‘culture’, so when the other person admits his mistake, the matter seems to be resolved there itself.
