News India Live, Digital Desk: For us Indians, our day does not begin until we have a cup of ‘kadak’ tea in our hands. And now winters are coming, if the tea does not have the aroma of ginger and cardamom, then it is not fun. We often buy expensive ‘T-Masala’ packets from the market, but to tell the truth? They do not have that love and fragrance of home.

Today we are sharing with you one such famous food among internet and food lovers. Secret Chai Masala Recipe We are sharing, which will not only increase the taste of your tea a hundred times, but will also keep you and your family away from seasonal diseases. Even famous home chefs consider it to be the life of their tea.

Come on, let’s go to your kitchen and make this ‘magical pudiya’.

You need these little kitchen detectives (ingredients)
First of all, check that the spices are fresh and not cooked.

  1. Green Cardamom: About 50 grams (queen of tea fragrance).
  2. Cloves: 20 grams (to soothe the throat).
  3. Black Pepper: 20-25 grams (this is an immunity booster).
  4. Cinnamon: 4-5 large sticks (for sweetness and heat).
  5. Dry Ginger Powder: 50 grams (Fresh ginger is not available every time, but this dry ginger works wonders).
  6. Fennel Seeds: 1 teaspoon (for digestion, which people often forget).
  7. Nutmeg: 1 or 2 whole grains (these are good for sleep and stress, break them and add them).
  8. Liquorice or basil seeds (optional): If you have severe sore throat then definitely add this secret item.

Method of preparation (Step-by-Step Recipe)

  • Step 1: Remove Moisture
Heat a pan or heavy pan on very low flame. Now add all the remaining spices (cardamom, cloves, black pepper, cinnamon, fennel) except dry ginger and nutmeg. They have to be lightly roasted for just 2 minutes. Remember, do not burn the spices, just remove their moisture so that they do not spoil for a long time and it becomes easier to grind. As soon as the aroma comes, turn off the gas.
  • Step 2: Correct grinding method
When the roasted spices cool down completely, put them in the mixer jar. Now add nutmeg (broken) and dry ginger powder to it. After this run the mixer.
Tip: Do not run the mixer continuously, otherwise the spices will heat up and lose their oil and aroma. Make a fine powder by grinding on “pulse mode” (intermittently).
  • Step 3: Store
Here, your wonderful and aromatic ‘chai masala’ is ready! Immediately fill it in an air-tight glass jar and keep it. Do not keep it in a plastic box otherwise the fragrance will evaporate.

How to use?
Whenever you make tea, do not put in the effort to grind ginger and cardamom. Just add a pinch (less than ¼ teaspoon for a cup) of this spice while boiling the tea. After adding sugar and milk, bring to a boil.

Not just taste, but also health
This powder does not just enhance the taste of the tongue. Black pepper and cloves cure sore throat, while cinnamon and cardamom freshen the mood. A cup of this spiced tea in the morning and evening can save you from going to the doctor in winter.

So next time guests come, don’t ask them “Would you like tea?”, just serve them this special one, they will be appreciated for sure!
