Earlier terrorists were praised. Today there is no stone pelting in Kashmir. We have broken the back of both terrorism and terrorists. 53 out of 63 projects in Kashmir Valley were completed. MOU signed for investment of Rs 1 lakh crore in the valley, investment of Rs 12 thousand crore in Kashmir in 10 years. We held panchayat elections in Kashmir. We really protected democracy. Janmashtami was also celebrated at Lal Chowk and the tricolor was also hoisted at Lal Chowk.
Home Minister Amit Shah said that we are also on the verge of ending the problem of Northeast. Violent incidents have decreased by 70 percent. There have been 12 peace agreements since 2019. Counting each agreement, he said that more than 10,000 youths have returned to the mainstream after laying arms. I have visited Bodoland, thousands of youth are engaged in development works. The situation has changed. The agreement for investment of Rs 5 lakh crore has been signed in Assam. Today is peace. Our own tribal brothers, who ran away from Mizoram and living a pathetic life in Tripura, were given houses under the Bru Riang Agreement and were given employment opportunities through skill development. All Bru Riang Bhai is praying for Narendra Modi.
