That auspicious day has come, know when the moon will appear in your city, where will you have to wait for a while:

News India Live, Digital Desk: Karwa Chauth 2025 : Karva Chauth, the great festival of married women, will be celebrated on Friday, October 10 this year. Women observe this Nirjala fast with full devotion for the long life of their husband and happy married life. Without consuming food or water the whole day, they eagerly wait for the moon to rise at night. This fast is completed only after seeing the moon, offering Arghya to it and seeing the moon and then the husband’s face through the sieve. This strengthens the relationship between husband and wife and also maintains happiness and prosperity in the house.

But the biggest challenge on Karva Chauth is often the rising of the moon. Sometimes due to weather or other reasons the moon rises late, due to which the wait becomes longer. So if you are also observing this fast, then it is important to know when the moon will be visible in your city.
