Where is this new township being located?

This new and wonderful township is located in western Uttar Pradesh. Saharanpur Being settled in the district. Saharanpur Development Authority has made complete preparations for it and it will be developed on Delhi Road. This entire township will be established on approximately 53 hectares of land and it is estimated to cost around Rs 882 crore to build it.

What will be the name and what facilities will be available?

Yogi government has named this new city scheme as ‘Maa Shakambhari Devi Residential Scheme’. It will not be just a residential scheme, but a fully developed city, where you will get every modern facility:

• For fun and health: Lush modern park and playground for children.
• Safety and Community: Police post for security and community center for social events.
• Education and Health: Good schools and medical facilities.
• Better Infrastructure: 24, 12 and 9 meter wide roads, underground electrical and other cabling, clean water supply and modern sewer and drainage systems.

The work on this project is likely to start in November this year. The authority claims that whoever books a plot here will be given possession within just three years.

According to media reports, the rate of plot in this new township can be around Rs 30,000 to Rs 35,000 per yard. However, no official announcement has been made on this yet, but it is believed that the price will be around this.
