- Acidity and stomach irritation: Excessive fried food, excessive spices, pungent sauce, tea, coffee and alcohol increase the acid in the stomach. This may make you feel troubles like chest irritation, flatulence and gas.
- Skin effects: When acidity in the body increases and digestion is not good, it directly affects your skin. The skin starts to look dry and lifeless. Many times pimples, pimples and red spots also come out, because the body is trying to take out the toxic elements. Even if there is a problem like constipation, there can be a lack of black spots and glow on the skin.
- Dark circles and skin looseness: Due to poor digestive system, the absorption of nutrients in the body is not done properly. This leads to lack of nutrition, which can bring dark circles under the eyes and looseness in the skin.
For healthy digestion and bright skin, we should take a balanced and nutritious diet, which includes green vegetables, fruits, pulses and enough water. Priority to light and digestible food so that there are no problems like acidity.
