Traffic affected for one hour near Akshardham temple, alternative route fixed

On Monday, Delhi Traffic Police has issued traffic advice in view of the visit of US Vice President JD Vance at Akshardham Temple in Delhi on Monday. Officials said that the movement of vehicles from the screaming border to Akshardham can be limited from 12 noon to about an hour.

DCP Traffic Lakhan Yadav’s statement:

• Traffic routes can be changed if needed in the Akshardham temple on Monday, keeping in mind the visiting program of the most special guest.

• Traffic will not be completely discontinued, only diversion will be done.

• Vehicles going towards Akshardham via Noida-Greater Noida Expressway will be sent from the Dalit motivation site towards DND flyway.
