Bettiah. West Champaran district administration has sent a recommendation of suspension of the enforcement Underndra Kumar Rajak of the Transport Department and departmental action against them after serious allegations of illegal recovery from overloading vehicles.
The case is near Madanpur Mor of National High Road No. 727. The transport department team was investigating overload vehicles here. During this time, the drivers and owners accused the team of illegal recovery and attacked them protesting. The incident was reported to the district administration through various mediums.
Taking the matter seriously, District Magistrate Dharmendra Kumar investigated it to the Sub -Divisional Officer and Sub -Divisional Police Officer of Bagaha. In the investigation report, the role of enforcement Under Inspector Satyendra Kumar Rajak was found suspicious and the fact of illegal transactions was also confirmed.
The administration, considering it as extremely serious, has sent the recommendation to the state government to immediately suspend Rajak and initiate departmental action against him.
District Magistrate Dharmendra Kumar has warned all the officials and personnel of the district to bring changes in their work culture and discharge their obligations with clean conduct. He clearly stated that strict action will definitely be taken against the disturbances.
