UP Police gets new strength, 34 new PPS officers get first posting

News India Live, Digital Desk: A big step has been taken to further strengthen the Uttar Pradesh Police Department. The training of 34 trainee PPS officers of the state has been completed, after which the Home Department has issued orders for their first posting. All these new officers have been appointed to the post of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) in different districts of the state.

After completing the training, these young officers will now enter the field and contribute to improving law and order. According to the list released by the Home Department, these officers have been sent to many important districts of the state so that the police force can get a new energy.

Know who got posting where?

As per the orders issued, some of the major deployments are as follows:

• Shweta Singh has been posted in the capital Lucknow.
• Abhishek Kumar has been sent to the religious city Varanasi.
• Meanwhile, Jitendra Kumar Singh will now serve in Meerut.
• Nishant Srivastava has been appointed to Agra, while Mrityunjay Singh has got the responsibility of Gorakhpur.
• Similarly, Shashi Prakash Sharma has been posted in Prayagraj and Mohammad Tariq has been posted in Kanpur Commissionerate.
• Other officials like Vivek Kumar Singh have been sent to Ghaziabad and Deepak Kumar Rai to Ayodhya.

It is expected that these new deployments will further strengthen the functioning of the police in the districts and will help in curbing crime. All these young officers will now reach their respective posting districts and take charge.
