Height areas including Hemkund Sahib and Kedarnath received snowfall and heavy rains, causing cold in the area.
Light to moderate rains are expected in the mountainous districts, while heavy rains are forecast in Pithoragarh and Bageshwar. The storm warning involves air speed up to 50 km/h, which can affect travel and external activities.
Meanwhile, Dehradun and surrounding areas will also be cloudy and light to moderate rain. There was light rain in the Char Dham region and the Kedarnath Dham received rain in the evening, which increased the cold in the air.
