News India Live, Digital Desk: We often see ‘happy endings’ in movies, where two enemies become friends in the end. But the script of real life is not so simple. Today we will talk about two biggest legends of acting Anupam Kher And Naseeruddin Shah The ‘war of words’ between them had made a lot of headlines a few years ago.
Do you remember that period of 2020? When Naseeruddin Shah angrily called Anupam Kher a ‘clown’ and a ‘sycophant’. The matter had become quite heated at that time. But now, after about 5 years, Anupam Kher has made a revelation which has shocked everyone.
Did you really apologize?
Yes, you heard it right. During a recent interview Anupam Kher Told that after that sharp statement, Naseeruddin Shah had contacted him and apologized.
Anupam Kher said, “He talked to me and apologized for what he said. I also accepted it.” Now you might be thinking, ‘All is well’. But, there is a twist in the story here.
“An apology was received, but the matter is not over.”
Even though Naseer Saab has said ‘Sorry’, Anupam Kher feels that there is still something dark in the story. Speaking from the heart, Kher Saheb admitted that he has received Naseeruddin Shah’s forgiveness, but he feels that there is still some bitterness left in Naseer’s heart.
Anupam Kher said, “Apologizing is a different thing, but somewhere inside him, that bitterness is still present. Maybe it is his nature or his nature, but I felt that this matter was not completely clarified.”
This statement shows how complicated the relationship between the two old comrades is. We all know that both of them know each other since their National School of Drama (NSD) days and have worked together in great films like ‘A Wednesday’. But the rift that political and ideological differences created in their friendship is probably not completely filled with ‘Sorry’.
Bollywood’s ‘Ego’ and relationships
This news also tells us that no matter how big a star you become, a person’s ego and differences always go together. Naseeruddin Shah is always known for his outspoken (and at times controversial) opinions, while Anupam Kher also speaks his mind.
When two lions collide, there is noise in the jungle (i.e. social media). Well, the good thing is that at least there was a conversation between the two. Now only time will tell when this ‘bitterness’ turns into sweetness.
What is your opinion on this? Do you think such rifts between two friends can ever be completely healed? Please tell in the comment box!
