News India Live, Digital Desk: Women empowerment: It is the truth of today’s era that women are not only working shoulder to shoulder of men, but are ahead of them in many ways. But often when going out of the city for work, women have to face many difficulties in finding a place to be safe and comfortable living. Whether there is a concern of safety, excess of rent, or having trouble getting home away from office, all these become a challenge for women.
Realizing this, the Bihar government has taken a great initiative – they have launched a special scheme for women government employees ‘on rent’! It is not just a government step, but is a great relief to millions of working women and makes them self -sufficient.
Under this new scheme, women employees of Bihar government will be provided safe and convenient housing (houses) on rent near their workplace (office). The biggest advantage of this will be that women will save the time and money taken to go to office every day. They will get rid of a long way from traveling or getting stuck in traffic jams.
Security and convenience first:
Another big objective of this scheme is to ensure the safety of women employees. Women who are away from cities for work are often worried about being alone or returning home late at night. Getting housing near the office will not only ensure their safety, but they will feel less tired after work and they will be able to spend more quality time with the family.
This step of the state government will prove to be an important milestone towards empowering women. This will improve their work-life balance (balance between work and personal life), and will help them fully focus on their work without any additional concern. Women government employees of Bihar can take full advantage of this new initiative and now they will get rid of the concern of the convenient house near their workplace.
