DDA has kept the prices of these flats very affordable, so that the dream of the common man can be fulfilled:

• Narela (EWS): After 15% discount, flats here are available for only ₹ 11.8 lakh to ₹ 11.9 lakh.
• Rohini (LIG): The price of these flats ranges between ₹14 lakh to ₹14.2 lakh.
• Ramgarh Colony (LIG): Here you can get your house for ₹ 13.1 lakh to ₹ 14.5 lakh.
• Moti Nagar (EWS): The price of flats in this prime location ranges from ₹25.2 lakh to ₹32.7 lakh.

How to apply?

Booking a home is very easy.

• Booking will start online on the official housing portal of DDA from November 7, 2025.
• To apply, you will first have to register, the fee for which is only ₹ 2,500.
• If you have already registered on the DDA portal, then there is no need to register again.
