Youth floods and 51 deaths on the roads, Mayor paid tribute:

News India Live, Digital Desk: Nepal Political Crisis: In Nepal, the anger of the youth landed on the streets so that the politics of the country was shaken. This movement started against social media ban and corruption has become so big that so far 51 people have lost their lives. In this difficult time, Mayor Balen Shah of Kathmandu has paid tribute to the youth killed in the demonstration.

Mayor Balen Shah wrote in an emotional post on social media, “Pyari Jane Z, your contribution and sacrifice have brought changes in the country. Heart tribute to the brave martyrs.” He said that the sacrifice of these youth will always show the path of patriotism and duty to the coming generations.

What is the whole matter?

The demonstration in Nepal began when the government banned several big social media platforms citing tax and cyber security. On seeing this, this protest spread to big cities like Kathmandu, Pokhara and Birganj. But this anger was not just about social media ban. In fact, the younger generation was angry with the government’s corruption, unemployment and the luxurious lifestyle of the leaders for a long time.

After the protest became violent, curfew had to be imposed in many cities. According to the Health Ministry, 30 of the 51 people who died died of bullet, while the rest of the dead were killed by injuries and burns.

Amidst this major political crisis, the Parliament of Nepal has been dissolved and former Chief Justice Sushila Karki has been made the interim Prime Minister of the country, Kathmandu Mayor Balen Shah, who is very popular among the youth, has also supported the performance. Now everyone’s eyes are on how peace will return in the country and what will happen to the demands of the youth.
