Dhaka: An interim government has been formed in Bangladesh after Pakistan-inspired terrorists finally forced elected Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to leave the country. Mohammad Yunus has been appointed its senior advisor. He suggested on Saturday that the voting age in the country should be reduced to 17 years. Sheikh Hasina’s opposition party Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) and her party Awami League have strongly opposed this.

BNP leader (General Secretary Mirza Fakrul Islam Alamgir) has clearly said that by increasing the voting age to 17 years, the voter list will have to be remade, this makes Mohammed’s intention clear. Yunus says that our party will support this bill there also. Will protest and after Parliament, there will be widespread protests on the streets also.

It is noteworthy that Mohammad Yunus had suggested to become the chief advisor of the interim government of Bangladesh. The only reason is that if elections are held early, BNP will come to power. He also wants to get rid of Yunus, so if the power goes out of the hands of Yunus, who is enjoying almost all the power at the moment, then he wants to delay the elections.
