A three -judge bench of the Supreme Court has sought information from the Delhi Police as to what will be the details of the estimated expenses and security arrangements incurred in releasing Hussain on the custody parole. The court has indicated Hussain that he will bear the cost of security himself. The case was sent to a three -judge bench after a divided decision given by the Supreme Court last week. According to the list of cases uploaded on the court on 28 January, the petition will be heard by a bench of Justice Vikram Nath, Justice Sanjay Karol and Justice Sandeep Mehta.
