Headingley: After losing the first T20i, England has come back strong in the 2nd T20i against Pakistan. Even after losing two quick wickets, the English batsmen, especially Jos Butter and Moeen Ali did not let the run rate come down.  The one shot that took everyone by surprise was Jos Buttler’s scoop over the wicket-keeper’s head that went for a six. Outrageously, the bowler was not a spinner but a mainstream fast-bowler from Pakistan, Mohammed Hasnain.

The modern batsmen have mastered the art of hitting any ball behind the stumps for a six. Buttler is one such batsman who has been playing this shot over the years but seeing it every time gives a fresh feeling. Watch this video below

Jos Buttler eventually scored 59 runs in 39 balls while England’s score is looking to cross the 200-mark easily as Livingstone and Tom Curran were still present at the crease in the 16th over.

Livingstone, the centurion in the first T20I was looking dangerous as well. He hit some huge sixes for the English. Take a look at one here:

Earlier in the series, Pakistan defeated England in the 1st T20I by 31 runs. They posed a mammoth total of 232 runs in 20 overs in the first innings and bowled out England for 201 runs. It was a great comeback after a 3-0 ODI series whitewash against England.

Looking at Pakistan’s batting in the first T20I, it looks like we are in for a mouth-watering contest.
