Tokyo Olympics: Archer Pravin Jadhav Beats World No. 2 To Progress To Round Of 16


The 31st seeded star Indian Archer Pravin Jadhav has defeated World No. 2 and Russian Olympic Committee’s (ROC) Galsan Bazarzhapov 6-0 in the 1/32 eliminations round of men’s individual event to storm into the next round in the ongoing Tokyo Olympics 2020.

Earlier in the day, veteran Archer Tarundeep Rai’s journey at Tokyo Olympics 2020 came to an end in the Men’s Individual Round of 32 match. After the match was tied 5-5 after 5 sets. The final outcome was decided by the shoot-off against against Israel’s Itay Shanny where Taruhndeep could manage only 9.
