There is a name in this match that can prove to be very challenging for Chennai Super Kings – Dwayne Bravo, who now plays KKR’s Mentor.
Ever CSK’s match winner, now the master of strategy will be made
Dwayne Bravo, who once won the match for Chennai Super Kings under the captaincy of Mahendra Singh Dhoni, is now playing an important role in making a strategy for KKR.
Bravo has played for the CSK franchise for about 11 years and during this time the strength and weaknesses of the team have to be very close. They can now use the same experience to benefit KKR against CSK.
Met Dhoni and Jadeja on the field
Before this crucial match against CSK, Dwayne Bravo met his old colleagues warmly at the Chepock Stadium.
- He hugged Ravindra Jadeja
- Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s shoulder pressed
The CSK franchise shared this video on his Instagram, which was given the caption – “The traitor is here”. In this caption, Bravo’s change was taken up in a light manner.
Dwayne Bravo’s special relationship with CSK
- Bravo has won the IPL Trophy three times in 2011, 2018 and 2021 with CSK.
- He took 183 wickets in 161 matches and also scored 1560 runs.
- They understand CSK’s strategy and the mentality of the players well, which can prove to be an impressive advisor for KKR.
Will Bravo be overwhelming on CSK?
While CSK has the advantage of experience and home ground, KKR has now got a mentor that is well aware of CSK’s internal strategy.
In such a situation, today’s match is not only between two teams, but also the test of old relationships and new responsibilities.
