Mother’s love victory, High Court said- Mother’s support is most important for daughter

Nothing is more than her child for a mother. Keeping this spirit paramount, the Allahabad High Court has given a very important and sensitive verdict, which has been instructed to hand over the younger daughter living with a father to his mother.

This is a case of a couple who now live separately. She has a young daughter who was living with her father. To get the daughter back, the tortured mother approached the court. The mother had alleged that her husband had kept the daughter illegally with her and she is not being allowed to meet.

While hearing the case, Justice J.K. J. Munir’s bench made a very important comment. The court said, “For the all -round development of a little girl, her mother’s love, affection and care is most important. The child’s interest is the top.”

The court admitted that a daughter should not be kept separate from her mother at such a young age. Based on this principle, the court directed the father to immediately hand over his daughter to his mother.

This decision is a Nazir for all cases that indicate that among legal battles, the emotional needs of the child and its bright future should be given the most importance.
