Actress Kareena Kapoor Khan threw a grand Diwali party at her home, where two of the biggest and most prestigious families of Bollywood – the Kapoors and the Khans – gathered under one roof to celebrate. In this star-studded evening, everyone looked in their best style, but Alia Bhatt, the daughter-in-law of the Kapoor family, stole the show with her royal look.
Alia Bhatt’s vintage look won hearts
For this special occasion, Alia Bhatt wore a very beautiful golden colored vintage saree, which she paired with a matching jacket. It is being told that this saree is part of the 30 year old collection of famous designer Ritu Kumar. She completed her look with a choker necklace and maang tikka, in which she looked no less than a queen. This elegant and royal style of Alia impressed everyone.
Kapoor and Khan family’s glamorous style
Party host Kareena Kapoor herself was seen in a gorgeous powder blue and golden salwar suit, in which her beauty was evident. Her husband Saif Ali Khan looked like a complete Nawab in dark red kurta and white dhoti.
Almost all the members of both the families including Karisma Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, Soha Ali Khan, Randhir Kapoor and Babita Kapoor attended this grand family get-together. While Karisma Kapoor dazzled in a simple black and white kurta, Saif’s son Ibrahim Ali Khan was also seen having fun with his younger brothers Taimur and Jeh.
Pictures of this party are viral on social media, in which the love and bonding of these two families is clearly visible. The evening was a perfect mix of glamour, tradition and family reunion.
