The news came that after complaining of breathlessness, he has been admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a hospital in Mumbai. As soon as this news spread, concern and prayers for his health started on social media.
However, now a big update has come from the Deol family and Dharmendra himself regarding his health, which has brought a sigh of relief to the fans.
What happened to ‘He-Man’?
88-year-old Dharmendra, who is known for his fitness and vivacity, felt uneasiness and slight difficulty in breathing on Friday. Considering his age, the family decided not to take any risk and immediately admitted him to Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai. As a precaution, the doctors kept him under their observation in the ICU for some time so that all his tests could be done.
How is ‘Dharam’ Paaji’s health now?
After a few hours of thorough examination, doctors found there was nothing to worry about. Dharmendra’s condition is stable and he is recovering rapidly. A source close to the Deol family said:
“Dharam ji is completely fine now. It was just a routine check-up, about which unnecessary news spread. He was just feeling a little weak. He will be discharged from the hospital soon.”
After this, Dharmendra himself also assured his fans through social media that he is fine and no one needs to worry. He thanked everyone for their love and prayers.
Dharmendra defies age
This is not the first time that Dharmendra has faced health problems. Some time ago also he was admitted to the hospital due to back pain problem. However, even at the age of 88, his passion and style of living is praiseworthy.
He is very active on social media, especially Instagram, and often stays connected with his fans by sharing videos and pictures from his farmhouse. Recently he was highly appreciated for his performance in Karan Johar’s film ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’.
