News India Live, Digital Desk: Entertainment World: The world of internet is also very strange. No one knows when it goes viral here. Recently, a similar shocking news spread about ‘Kanta Laga’ girl Shefali Jariwala, which shocked her fans. It was reported that Shefali Jariwala has passed away. But wait, before you are upset, let us tell you that this news is 100% false. Shefali is completely healthy and safe.
Then how did this rumor spread?
Amidst this false news, an old video clip made the case even more strange. This video is from Paras Chhabra, contestant of ‘Bigg Boss 13’, in which he is talking about Shefali Jariwala. In this clip, Paras are heard saying something that people are now making viral by calling them “prediction of death” and this clip is being made the basis of news of his death.
Did Paras really predict?
No, not at all. It is an old clip that is being used in the wrong context. The case is something like this:
We all know that Paras Chhabra and Shefali Jariwala were not made at all in ‘Bigg Boss 13’ house. There were often sharp debates and battles between the two. After the show, in an interview or podcast, Paras had jokingly or angry about Shefali, about the same old enmity, that, “She died…”,
His statement was the result of the enmity of that time, not any prediction. But now, someone cut the old clip and associated it with false news of Shefali’s death, causing this terrible rumor to spread like fire.
Shefali himself replied
When this rumor increased to a great extent, Shefali Jariwala himself had to come forward. He posted his pictures and videos on social media and told that he was alive and completely fine. Fans breathed a sigh of relief after his reply.
This incident teaches us that one should not trust everything seen on social media. How a terrible rumor can be spread about someone by incorrectly presenting the old video, this is a dangerous example of this.
