The police have arrested the main accused in the case of a knife attack on Saif Ali Khan. The police is now questioning him and further investigation is on. However, according to the latest information, the police suspect that more than one people may be involved in this attack, so they have demanded to increase the custody of the accused.
According to police officials, the accused is not cooperating with the investigation team. He has not yet told where he bought the knife, which he used to attack Saif. The blood samples and clothes of Saif and the accused have been sent to Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) to find out whether the blood on the clothes of the accused was of Saif or not. Apart from this, fingerprints collected from Saif’s apartment are also matching the fingerprint of the accused.
Saif Ali Khan on Friday recorded his statement before the Mumbai Police, in which he said that the accused had demanded one crore rupees from him and attacked the domestic assistant. When Saif tried to stop the attack, the accused stabbed him several times and escaped from the spot.
Significantly, the police arrested Bangladeshi citizen Shariful Islam Shahzad Mohammad Mohammad Mohammad Mohammad Mohammad Mohammad Mohammad Mohammad Mohammad Mohammad Mohammad Mohammad Mohammad Mohammad Mohammad Mohammad Mohammad Mohammad alias Vijay Das in this case. On Friday, a court has extended Shariful’s police custody till 29 January.
