Will Allu Arjun get regular bail in the stampede case? The court will give its verdict on January 3

Allu Arjun Stampede Case: A woman died in a stampede at Sandhya theater during the premiere of the film Pushpa 2. The decision on the regular bail of accused actor Allu Arjun in the FIR registered in this case will now come on January 3. The court has postponed the decision till January 3. Allu Arjun appeared in a Hyderabad court on Friday through video conference. Accused number 11 Allu Arjun had also applied in the court for regular bail in this case.

Actor arrested in stampede case

The actor was arrested on December 13 in the stampede case and appeared before the Nampally court, which sent him to 14 days judicial custody. But Rs. Interim bail of 4 weeks was granted on a personal bond of Rs 50,000. The actor’s judicial custody ended on Friday. The actor appeared before the court via video conferencing as part of further proceedings.

Woman dies in stampede

During the premiere of Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2 at Sandhya Theater in Hyderabad on December 4, a stampede broke out as fans raced to catch a glimpse of the actor. A 35-year-old woman died and her 8-year-old son was injured in the stampede.

Following the incident, the city police registered a case under various sections of the Indian Penal Code at Chikkadpali police station against Allu Arjun, his security team and the management of the theater based on a complaint received from the family of the deceased woman.
