Many major automotive companies are launching their new vehicles at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. On the first day of this event, Hyundai India made a big bang by launching Creta Electric. At the same time, Hyundai UK has revealed the price and specifications of its upcoming Inster Cross EV. This new model will be introduced in June 2024, and will be available as the SUV-focused variant Inster Cross. The Inster Cross is being produced at Hyundai’s manufacturing plant in Korea.
Design and Features:
The design of Inster Cross comes with SUV-like styling, which gives it a powerful look. The front and rear bumpers of this car will be large and rectangular, and will be decorated with raised black colored cladding. The 17-inch alloy wheels and front and rear skid plates will provide it with better safety on rough roads. The new green color of Inster Cross will be an exclusive shade, which will make this crossover variant more attractive.
Performance and Range:
Inster Cross will have a 49kWh battery, which will support the electric motor with 115bhp power and 147Nm torque. Hyundai claims that this car can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 10.6 seconds and its top speed is around 150 km/h. This model will have a range of approximately 360 km on a single charge, making it ideal for long journeys too. Hyundai ADAS package will include features like Adaptive Cruise Control, Forward Collision Warning and Avoidance Assist.
price:
The on-road price of the 49kWh battery pack variant of the Inster Cross EV will be around £28,745 (about Rs 30.53 lakh).
