Rajasthan government simplification in leases and building rules

The Rajasthan government has now taken an important step to liberate the people from the race of Jaipur. Now, UIT and Municipal Corporation will be able to issue permission to construct residential leases and buildings up to 10 thousand square meters. With this, the general public will no longer need to go to Jaipur to take the lease. This decision will prove to be a big relief for the public, as well as the process of building construction will also be simplified.

The order will be applicable from April 1

The state government has decided to implement this order from April 1. Under this, residential leases up to 10 thousand square meters and non -residential leases up to 5 thousand square meters in the Municipal Corporation and Municipal Council areas located in the city development trust and urban areas can be issued at the local level only. Along with this, permission for construction of buildings up to 40 meters high will also be given at the local level. Permission for residential leases up to 5 thousand square meters, non -residential leases up to 2500 square meters and construction of up to 30 meters high in municipalities will also be given under this process.

Earlier the public had to run to Jaipur

Earlier, people had to go to the URBAN Development and Housing Department in Jaipur to open an institute on large terrain or start a project. In this process many times the file used to go to UDH via UIT, where the files had a long time due to too much weight. People had to do correspondence repeatedly and travel to UDH. Permission for high altitude buildings was also received from there. Now this right to come to the UIT and Municipal Corporation will speed up this process.

Public will get rest, revenue will increase

Retired from UIT XEN Pramod Sharma says that the new rights given to UIT and Municipal Corporation will benefit the public. Now the leases will be released on time and this will also increase the revenue of departments. However, according to the master plan, these leases and building construction will be allowed, so that there is no disturbance. If the rules are violated, it will be caught immediately.
