News India Live, Digital Desk: In Hindu religion, Tulsi is not just a plant but has been given the status of ‘Mother’. It is believed that Goddess Lakshmi resides in the Tulsi plant. But have you ever noticed that the color of the soil in your pot is suddenly changing? According to astrology, changing color of Tulsi soil indicates happiness and prosperity of your home and upcoming troubles.

1. Soil becoming dark black (good sign)

If the soil in the basil pot starts looking blacker and more fertile than usual, then it is a very auspicious sign.

Meaning: This indicates that the flow of positive energy is increasing in your home.

Effect: Soon the path of inflow of money may open and there will be peace in the family.

2. Soil turning white (warning)

If a white layer starts forming on the soil or it starts appearing white (not just fungus, but a color change), then it is considered astrologically a sign to be alert.

Meaning: This indicates a decline in the health of a family member or sudden expenses.

remedy: In such a situation, weed the plant and pray to Mother Tulsi for forgiveness.

3. Soil appearing red

Seeing redness in the soil of Tulsi can be a symbol of some big good news to come.

Meaning: It shows the possibility of auspicious work in the house (like marriage or birth of a child). It also symbolizes that the house is under the special blessings of Lord Vishnu and Lakshmi.

4. Yellowing of soil

In astrology, the yellow color of soil is associated with Lord Jupiter.

Meaning: This means that the atmosphere of knowledge and devotion will increase in the house. But if yellowness looks like a disease, it can also be a sign of Pitra Dosh or weakening of Jupiter.

Astrological suggestions to protect Tulsi:

Regular Deep Donation: Light a ghee lamp near Tulsi in the evening.

Rules for watering: Do not offer water to Tulsi or pluck its leaves on Sunday and Ekadashi.

Soil Purity: Do not put garbage or impure things in the Tulsi pot. If the soil becomes very bad, immerse it in a holy place or river and add new soil.
