The fourth section of the 7 section report submitted to the Canadian government has information related to India on page 98 and 99 of the government’s capacity to ‘detect and combat foreign intervention’. The report of Canada’s secret agency CSIS (Canadian Security Intelligence Service) also mentions that India’s concern about Khalistan extremists is justified.
According to CSIS, some Khalistani terrorists are sitting in Canada and plotting against India. Also, funding to terrorists in India is also done from here. The report also said that after getting such evidence, Canada has supported India in cases related to terrorism. A CSIS report has informed that the supporters present in Canada are working peacefully.
Foreign Ministry provoked on Canada’s charge
A report by the Foreign Interface Commission claimed that India has intervened in the Canadian election. The Ministry of External Affairs has reacted strongly to this claim of Canada. The ministry has rejected the Canadian allegation as baseless. At the same time, the Ministry of External Affairs said that Canada is continuously interfering in India’s internal affairs.
